Promoting circular economy to empower downstream customers’ sustainability goals

As the pursuit for low-carbon and green development globally, there is an increasing market demand for environmentally friendly new materials. Chambroad, adhering to ESG principles, focuses on circular economy, bio-based materials, and new energy to balance environmental, social, and economic sustainability. This approach facilitates more robust and sustainable value creation, empowering the transformation and upgrade of industries.

By partnering with providers of chemical recycling solutions and brand partners, Chambroad leverages its refining and chemical integration to create closed-loop chemical recycling of waste plastics. This initiative aims to reduce the consumption of non-renewable resources and increase the usage of recycled materials. The company minimizes environmental pollution caused by low-quality waste plastics, while providing sustainable raw materials for high-quality polyolefin products, thereby fostering high-value circular economy in plastics.

Chambroad utilizes environmentally friendly bio-based itaconate as the main source to produce bio-based itaconate rubber. Every ton of bio-based itaconate rubber produced can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 1.4 tons compared with traditional petroleum-based synthetic rubber. In collaboration with strategic partners, Chambroad has developed the world's first bio-based rubber conveyor belt, using green materials throughout the entire supply chain to promote sustainable production processes. With the use of renewable bio-based materials, the company contributes to the reduction of carbon footprint in downstream products, helping customers to achieve sustainability goals.

The core needs of photovoltaic clean energy industry for longevity, high efficiency, and versatility are also the focus of the company. Its BetoppTM-PV POE products enjoy excellent properties of luminous transmittance and volume resistivity, enhancing aging resistance and high dielectric strength of photovoltaic films. Additionally, the company continues to advance the lightweight development of new energy vehicles. Based on the inherent properties of POE, the company optimizes the key performance of BetoppTM-G series. The products can be widely used in the components of new energy vehicles, including bumpers, fenders, instrument panels, door panels, and pillars to further promote the lightweight development of new energy vehicles.
