Chambroad has more than 180 nationally registered safety engineers and more than 290 full-time safety management personnel. In collaboration with Tianjin University, Chambroad managed to improve safety literacy through advanced training courses for safety directors and reserve forces. It teams up with the China Chemical Safety Association in the assessment of the ability of middle and senior management to perform their duties in key positions, and has set up a process hazard analysis (PHA) facilitator team of more than 60 people to enhance special systems and improve personnel risk identification and assessment capabilities, aiming to transform it into a prevention-centered management model.
